Each engagement below started with a business problem, not a feature list. The websites are the visible part; most of the work is the software behind them.
SwimLog
Our own product. Swim coaches were timing on wristwatches and texting results to parents. SwimLog puts the stopwatch, the roster, the meet and the money in one place, with a parent app that stays in sync.
- 01Poolside timers built for wet thumbsStopwatch with IM splits, group timer, wave starts and a Pro timer; big targets, dark UI, times land on the swimmer's record the moment you stop.
- 02Classes and events that publish themselvesWeekly series or one-off classes with weekday chips; publishing an event invites every targeted family in-app, by push and email.
- 03Meet dayHeats, lanes and results logged live; times flow into each family's session list and the leaderboard on the poolside TV.
- 04Fees and event collectionCoaching fees per month, entry fees per meet, UPI or cash, one-tap Mark received that stamps a receipt for the parent. Reminders for the rest.
- 05Report builderPick a swimmer, a period and sections (PBs, trend charts, attendance, coach's remarks) and share a PDF with the family.

United Fitness Club
A 13-service gym with a recovery suite and a diet kitchen needed a website that sold memberships and a back office that ran the desk.

The Untitled Band
TUB runs the biggest Tamil sing-along and dance party in North America, live with Airtel Super Singer stars. The site's one job: sell the next city out.

A chartered accountancy firm wanted a site that felt like the firm: quiet, confident, navy and gold. Milaan sits on a subdomain, so the two share one brand.

Milaan - GST Reconciliation Suite
A CA firm reconciling client books against the GST IMS portal by hand, every month, for eighteen clients. Milaan does the matching and keeps the decision trail.
- 01Upload, map, runLedger export from Tally and the portal extract go in; columns are mapped once per client; a tolerance is set; the recon runs in seconds and carries forward the prior period's open items.

Yaazhu Boutique
A boutique selling single, handpicked silk sarees through Instagram DMs. No checkout wanted; a showcase that makes the DM happen.
- 01"Buy on Instagram" on every pieceEach product card opens that saree's Instagram post; the customer sends a DM and payment details follow privately, so card numbers stay between the boutique and the buyer.
- 02Single-piece inventory, honest statesMost sarees exist once. Sold pieces stay on display with a Sold out badge and a settled "Sold on Instagram" state, so the collection reads as a history rather than a gap.
- 03Collection with category chipsSarees, dress materials, kurtis, ethnic wear, accessories; filter and browse on a warm cream and plum palette with Cormorant Garamond headings.
